Booking is definite when the 30 % deposit of the total amount + delivery fee 5 € is paid by the due date. If booking is made later than 6 weeks before arrival at hotel, the payment is 100 % of total amount. Possible cancellation must always be in written, email or post. Cancellation will take effect from the day we receive a written notification. If we receive your cancellation notification
Accommodation will be at clients disposal from 16.00 on arrival day til 11.00 on departure day. For later check - out we will charge 50 % of the room price, except when separately agreed with reception. We recommend everyone to have or take on a valid travel insurance. All prices subject to change without notice.

Die Buchung gilt als defintiv, sobald das Depot valutagerecht bezahlt wurde, 30 % des Gesamtbetrages + Liefergebühr 5 €. Bei kurzfristigen Buchungen, 6 Wochen vor Ankunft und später, wird der gesamte Betrag, 100 %, zur Zahlung fällig.
Stornierungen sind schriftlich mitzuteilen, per E-Mail oder per Post. Die Stornierungen gelten ab Datum des Empfangs als erhalten / zugestellt. Es gelten folgende Bedingungen für mögliche Rückerstattungen:
Die Unterkunft steht am Anreisetag ab 16:00 zur Verfügung bis um 11:00 am Abreisetag. Bei späterem Check-out werden 50 % der Zimmerkosten verrechnet. Wir empfehlen den Abschluss einer Reiseversicherung. Wir behalten uns das Recht vor, die Preise ohne Vorankündigung jederzeit zu ändern.

Hotelli YlläsHumina noudattaa varaamisessa ja peruuttamisessa
seuraavia ehtoja. Tehtyään varauksen asiakas saa ennakkolaskun. Ennakkovarauksen summa on 30 % varauksen arvosta + toimitusmaksu 5 €. Varaus vahvistuu, kun ennakkomaksu on maksettu eräpäivään mennessä. Mikäli ennakkomaksua ei ole maksettu eräpäivään mennessä katsotaan varaus peruutetuksi. Mikäli varaus tehdään myöhemmin kuin 6 viikkoa ennen varauksen alkamispäivää, ei erillistä ennakkomaksua lähetetä, vaan asiakas saa suoraan loppulaskun. Mikäli varaus tai ajankohta sitä edellyttää, voi hotelli varausta tehtäessä ilmoittaa pidemmistä/lyhyemmistä varaus/peruutusehdoista. Huone on vastaanotettavissa tulopäivänä klo 16.00 mennessä. Jos tulo on myöhemmin kuin klo 18.00, asiakkaan on ilmoitettava siitä hotelliin. Lähtöpäivänä huoneen luovutus klo 12.00 mennessä. Päivähuoneesta pyydetään sopimaan erikseen vastaanotossa. Peruutus on aina tehtävä kirjallisesti Hotelli YlläsHuminaan, postitse tai e-postilla. Peruutus katsotaan tapahtuneeksi sillä hetkellä, jolloin tieto peruutuksesta on tullut hotellille.
